How long will my activity last?

Accepted Answer

For individual bookings, our standard sessions last approx. 1 hour but you should allow 2 hours from your time of arrival to your departure.
Our standard sessions are arranged so that if other people are on a similar experience you will form one group.  We limit these groups to a maximum of 6 or 8 participants.
For group bookings, you will be advised of the event duration at the time of booking as it depends on the size of your group. Bespoke group activities and survival courses may differ

Question 2

Do you hire / rent protective clothing / what should I wear?

We provide all necessary safety equipment in with your package.
Details of what to wear are given at the time of booking or you can check on the website to see what we recommend. 
 
If you are also engaging in a Hover Force activity :
 
Boots for the DTV Shredder should be over the ankle lace up or equivalent. You can hire boots for £5pp.
Mud Buggies – we recommend hiring one of our Immersion Mud Suits when it’s very wet and muddy, these can be hired for £5pp.
Disposable mud suits can be hired for £5pp or you can buy a disposable suit for £7.50 (suitable for Buggies, Karts and DTV Shredder).

Can I just turn up on the day?

We operate on a pre-booked, time slot basis. To avoid disappointment or a wasted journey please contact us first.  It is however, sometimes possible to add extra members to a pre booked group activity at short notice depending on your chosen activity. Please call us direct ASAP to enquire.

Question 4

Can we bring spectators with us – can they watch?

Spectators are welcome.  Please be aware, we operate in an outdoor environment, and we would advise spectators to come suitably dressed.  We accept no responsibility for any damage caused to spectators or vehicles whilst on our premises.

Will I do the activity on my own or with an instructor?

Accepted Answer

Regardless of your activity, a safety brief is compulsary in advance. Every activity is designed to give you a unique and rewarding experience. We are here to ensure you safely have an unforgettable day and leave with new sets of skills and a smile.

Can I consume Alcohol during or before the event?

For everyone’s safety,both CommandoForce and HoverForce have a zero tolerance on both Alcohol and Drugs. We reserve the right to terminate part or the whole booking without refund if we suspect that an individual has been drinking or under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol.

If we are running an activity it can be extremely difficult to take calls for obvious reasons. Your enquiry is important to us though, so please use one of the contact forms provided, or leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can ! Thank You !

Question 8

If the weather is bad, will my event still go ahead?"

Accepted Answer

Both our 15M and 55M ranges are covered, so in the event of inclement weather it is highly unlikely it will hamper your experience. In the event of extreme weather conditions, or should you have other activities booked, we will use all means you have given us to contact you if we need to cancel as far as possible in advance.

Do you have toilet facilities?

Yes, we have toilet facilities on site at various locations throughout the site

Changing room facilities are available for all our activies.

Can we have picnics or BBQ’s?

Accepted Answer

Would it be an outdoor experience if you couldn't ?! We have covered picnic / BBQ areas available. Please contact us in advance if you wish to take advantage of this. We will always ask that you respect our site rules and more importantly all wildlife.

Question 12

Do you sell refreshments like food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

We sell a range of refreshments including hot and cold drinks . Please come prepared however as we do not sell food. Commando Kids parties are catered for via approved external caterers at prior arrangement.

Question 13

What time should I get there?

Accepted Answer

You should plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the confirmed start time. This will provide you with enough time to complete any documentation and for you to get changed into your ‘play’ clothes.

How do I get my voucher?

Once you have selected and paid for your voucher, the website will automatically send you the voucher to your chosen email address.  Please check the details you provide to us carefully

How long are the vouchers valid for?

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the time of purchase from CommandoForce.
If you have purchased a Hover Force voucher, please refer to their website for T&C's .
