FAQ's
For individual bookings, our standard sessions last approx. 1 hour but you should allow 2 hours from your time of arrival to your departure.
Our standard sessions are arranged so that if other people are on a similar experience you will form one group. We limit these groups to a maximum of 6 or 8 participants.
For group bookings, you will be advised of the event duration at the time of booking as it depends on the size of your group. Bespoke group activities and survival courses may differ
We provide all necessary safety equipment in with your package.
Details of what to wear are given at the time of booking or you can check on the website to see what we recommend.
If you are also engaging in a Hover Force activity :
Boots for the DTV Shredder should be over the ankle lace up or equivalent. You can hire boots for £5pp.
Mud Buggies – we recommend hiring one of our Immersion Mud Suits when it’s very wet and muddy, these can be hired for £5pp.
Disposable mud suits can be hired for £5pp or you can buy a disposable suit for £7.50 (suitable for Buggies, Karts and DTV Shredder).
Regardless of your activity, a safety brief is compulsary in advance. Every activity is designed to give you a unique and rewarding experience. We are here to ensure you safely have an unforgettable day and leave with new sets of skills and a smile.

Both our 15M and 55M ranges are covered, so in the event of inclement weather it is highly unlikely it will hamper your experience. In the event of extreme weather conditions, or should you have other activities booked, we will use all means you have given us to contact you if we need to cancel as far as possible in advance.
